As a ACSM-Certified Personal Trainer, I know that individual, focused attention leads to faster and more effective results, which is more economical in the long run.
I prefer to start people with a private session to understand their bodies and special challenges and help them develop specific health related goals.
Existing groups such as hiking/biking/running clubs or sports teams, dance troupes, or just a group of friends or family can be accommodated by private appointment in your home or office, studio, gym, or other venue at your convenience.
