What’d you say? My ears are burning . . .

  • "Super 650 stretches all the places we don't stretch in track practice--and that makes me faster.

    – Silas, 17

  • For 20 years I had difficulty lifting my arms above my shoulders without pain. I thought it was just part of my job as a builder. After a couple of weeks of doing Super 650 regularly, I have been able to work comfortably all day with my arms above my head!

  • "There is no better way to finish off a day of either outdoor or indoor tasks. The smooth, easy-going movements are just what you need to come away feeling so much better than when you walked in.

    – Vera, 84

  • "We call it LIMBERATION, and it feels GOOD!"

  • "Really enjoy the classes with Anne! She's very knowledgeable and guides her students through the moves to be sure they are doing it properly so they get the most benefit from the workout. It's low impact but I feel I've worked out and have lots of energy for the rest of the day.

  • "Anne's evening classes are the best at the end of a work day as a means to relieve stress and focus on my functional or not so functional flexibility and balance. Anne does an amazing job instructing via ZOOM. She tries very hard to watch all of us and correct us when we are not in sync. I have been attended her classes for over a year (with and without ZOOM) and I can tell a difference in my endurance, balance, and mobility. I am most appreciative of her patience and encouragement for I am a novice. I intend to keep attending the classes for as long as they are offered. I also value the camaraderie this class has provided as an extra benefit.

  • Covid shelter in place highs and lows... lows: I gained weight and became super sedentary and achy. Highs: I got to join in the Wondercabinet Essentrics classes via zoom. Living 5000 miles away on the west coast, this was a stroke of luck! Anne really knows her stuff and with her targeted and easy to follow guidance I was feeling way better almost over night! Essentrics is kinda mind blowing and Anne is a terrific instructor. Highly recommend!

  • Low impact (but can be individualized to be more strenuous) we call it "stretchy time." Stretchy time is friendly, and the people in it kinda move at their own pace and ability. But Anne talks people through each move and tells you how to get the most from it and why it helps the body, muscles, joints and movement. You don't feel like you are working super hard, but like you are doing something your body is better for. You feel the joints moving and stretching while you are doing it, but energized, not exhausted afterwards. Just do it.
