  • What is Super 650?**

    A full-body workout that rapidly changes the shape of your body through a dynamic combination of strengthening and stretching of all 650 muscles in a single workout. The technique develops lean, strong and flexible muscles with immediate changes to your posture. This program rebalances the body, prevents and treats injuries and unlocks tight joints. This equipment-free workout leaves you feeling energized, youthful and healthy!

  • Who Does Super 650?

    Anyone with a body. Seriously— for people of all ages and fitness levels who want rapid relief from chronic pain, increased athletic performance, strength and tone balanced with equal amounts flexibility, mobility, and range of motion, body awareness and brain health. My clients range from teenage cross country runners and Cirque du Soleil acrobats to formerly inactive elderly women and everyone in between!

  • Where can I try it?

    I teach a combination of online and onsite classes in a variety of locations. Periodically, I offer free introductory classes in and around the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, online, and in Stockholm, Sweden. Private and private group sessions are my preferred class structure for training, but I also offer an average of 7 classes/week drop-in all-levels classes both via Zoom and on location. Able to travel to you for groups of more than 6 people.

As a Level 4 (of 4) Certified ESSENTRICS® instructor—I found that many potential clients, especially men, were put off by the name, ESSENTRICS®, and in an effort to be more inclusive, I have chosen to call the workout/training “Super 650” . However, the method that I am teaching is from my training as an ESSENTRICS® instructor. ESSENTRICS® changed my life, and I am proud to be able to offer such an amazing modality.
